Q: My app was rejected. What should I
do?
A: In most cases, Google Play provides a clear explanation for
the rejection within the email they send you. It's important to thoroughly read this
email from start to end and understand the given reason. Often, a screenshot is
attached that illustrates the issue.
Common issues that can lead to app
rejection, and which you can usually rectify yourself, include problems with your
app listing: your developer name, icon, description, feature graphic, or
screenshots.
- Ensure that these components don't contain copyrighted content (like the brand's name or logo).
- The description should accurately reflect your app's functionality.
- The text or image in your app title, icon, or developer name mustn't imply store performance or ranking (e.g. "Best") or provide price or promotional information (e.g. "Free").
- Moreover, your app must not appeal to or target children, as AppsGeyser products are not intended for children.
If the reason for rejection isn't clear to you, don't hesitate to submit a support
request to our team. Attach a screenshot of the rejection email from Google and the
link to your app. Our specialists will then assist you in addressing the issue and
facilitate a smooth re-submission of your app.
